Pier has 5 CNC milling machines with a maximum table size of 42” x 82” and we can machine pieces up to 112” long. We provide 3D CNC milling capabilities per our customers cad data. We can program and machine all your detail component needs with accurate, timely delivery. We also have machines allocated to provide CNC production machining capacity as well.

Pier has been a builder of custom metal stamping tooling since 1985. Our tool makers each have decades of experience in the tool & die industry and can take on any tooling project. We are equipped to handle any project with the customer requiring tight-timing as well. We have the ability to try out tooling that requires up to 800 tons of pressure.

Pier has 6 wire EDM machines with a maximum table size of 26” x 33”. Pier provides 24 to 48 hour turnaround on “Rush” details and has a large amount of hardened material in stock to begin wire cutting 30 minutes after cad data is received. We wire entire dies for various companies. We wire gears and a multitude of other difficult shapes. Speed, accuracy and overnight cutting are a standard for Pier on our two newest machines as seen in the pictures below.
